how to manage traffic in delhi?????

Traffic in delhi is growing like anything.
It has become a great problem & unable to be tackled by experts.
A survey states around 70 cars are added on the streets of delhi daily.
WHAT SHUD BE DONE?

friend it cannot be possible to control the traffic of delhi because in now a days every one has it at least one veichle .and the population of delhi is increases on daily bases so my dear friend it cannot be possible to control traffic of delhi. because the main problem of increasing traffic of delhi is their increasing population .
