Traffic in delhi is growing like anything. It has become a great problem & unable to be tackled by experts. A survey states around 70 cars are added on the streets of delhi daily. WHAT SHUD BE DONE?

i think we should follow the traffic signals. dont throw the liter on pubilc places. dont smoke on public places. take care of our heritage places like red fort and qutub minar and dont write on the walls of these places. tell me...
