Who's into powernaps here?
I have this friend who is so into powernapping. There would be times that when we're talking on the phone, he's so lively, then later on I can hear it in his voice that he's basically sleepy, and almost dozing off, then later on he'll be up and alive once again.
And he always tell me that he's just taking powernaps...
I don't know how he do it, but it is just about between 5 to 10 minutes. If that was me I could have probably dozed off straight. I am not so good with napping. Even as a kid, I never liked nap times.
He also said that napping keeps us looking young, that is why he doesn't look his age.
Does anyone know if this statement is a fact? And are you a napper? Or do you prefer to stay awake then just have a straight sleep at night?

We have that same kind here, 'siesta', as we take a nap during afternoons.
Well, I would take a nap at about 30 mins. to an hour. It helps me to keep things up, my brain is well-rested and have fresher ideas that comes out of my head. I don't know much about the "ageing" thing, but I guess it does help.

I love powernaps. Mine usually last between 5 and 15 minutes. With two small children, sometimes that's the only way I get decent sleep!
