I keep buying cauliflower because, well, it's in season. However I don't know what to do with it. Dh doesn't like curry, so that is out & we're tired of roasting it in the oven. Any suggestions? Cheryl

Have you tried eating it raw with dips? I find that cauliflower tastes nicer raw than cooked. I also have a couple of recipes for cauliflower: http://www.recipesforvegans.co.uk/cauliflowercheese.html http://www.recipesforvegans.co.uk/cauliflowermash.html It would also work in stir fry. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions. Raw it doesn't do much for me. Not sure why though. Maybe I'd better give it another chance.

I steam mine a bit just to soften it and then use it just like I would use potatoes in a potato salad, but use the cauliflower instead of potatoes .I really like it in the summer for barbecues when everyone else has their potato salad I'm not left out (actually there are a lot more people wanting the cauliflower salad now

I've seen a few recipes like this, but I keep wondering if you cook it whole, how do you manage to eat it? IF you cut it all the stuff on the outside will come off & I'm guessing that is the best part.
