Sanjaya stays another week, and Chris goes!

I'm getting really tired of him sticking around for another week. I can't stand his voice and I really loved Chris. He has such an amazing voice even when he's having a rough night. What did/do you think about the results?
I'm flabbergasted, to be honest.
And I deeply apologize to anyone whom this show hasn't aired to yet.!

I think that the shock of Chris being eliminated is that Sanjaya is still there. The first three to be sent home (Chris S., Stephanie, and Brandon) were not worse than him.
Of course, by itself, I guess it's not too hard to see Chris go. I thought that, even though Hailey and Phil weren't that good either, it wasn't hard to see Chris being let go. I thought that, for each of the past three weeks, he wasn't on beat. It's one of the kep points that goes with being a singer. If you can't keep a beat, then it's almost certain you aren't going to be too successful when it came down to it. Phil and Hailey are still near the bottom, but it's really a matter of each of them being on the same level.
It just sucks because Sanjaya is awful.

I do agree, those three didn't do too greatly this week, but I still think they're better than Sanjaya in the long run. I think he can sing, he's just not "american idol" talent. It drives me nuts to see him still around.

I really liked Chris myself he was alot better then Sanjaya. This Idol isn't as good as the last to me.

I am totally disgusted. Even after the media explained how the show has been fixed to keep Sanjaya on they let him stay another week. I don't think I'll bother watching anymore.
