you're trying to do a million tasks and have to finish them before the day's out and the phone ings and there's this telemarketer who tries to sell you a club membership and no matter how you explain to him/her that, sorry, i'm not interested or don't have the time now coz i'm busy and he/she just refuses to hang up? and when they finally do, the phone rings again and it's another telemarketer selling credit cards and the next one is for insurance and so on? and they seem to pick up days when you're really busy. i try to keep my cool, though. after all, they're just people trying to make a living, too.

It is in fact about one of the most annoying thing in the world. No matter how many times you say no its like they dont speak english(or whatever one's respective language may be). Just tell them youre not interested and to put you on their DO NOT CALL list and if they call again youll see them in court. that usually works :)

if i have to count all the "enemies" i've made out of these caller, they'd be more that the fingers on hands. lol!

I think it is so disturbing with all the calls from telemarketers. They will always call me when i am asleep or is resting. Where I live we can register ina national list of people that do not accept these calls. The telemarketers have to respect this list. We are on it. Our problem is that if you once gave to a charity or something like that, they have you on your list and will call and call, even if i have said a million times i want them to remove my name.

wish we had such list here. but i guess, they won't respect it, too. sigh!
