Do you follow your heart or your head?

Sometimes when I follow my heart and people take my kindness for weakness. I should have followed my head.
I feel so taken advantage of.

I am a very emotional person..What i used in decision making and on some other delicate matters is my heart. I should used my head but my heart comes in the way.

LITERALLY, I follow my head simply because the mind does all the decision making... the heart is there to pump the blood for better circulation...

well me.. i follow my heart than i follow my mind. My mind will just help out solve the problems that my heart has caused. :)
