When you drink water ? Before food or After food

I drink water before I eat, while I am eating and after eating. I drink water before I eat usually because I don't really drink a lot whenever I am doing something so when I go to our dining area to eat, that's when I feel how thirsty I am. And while eating, there are times when I drink water too. And of course, after I eat. I sometimes finish four glasses of water during meal time.

I mostly drink water when I'm at the gym, during and after exercise to replace the water I lose from sweating. When I'm eating I usually have an orange juice or lemonade which I will drink whilst eating to help wash down the food and make the meal more enjoyable.

I have water before, during and after eating. But more of it is while Im eating. I guess it helps digest food better if you intermittently eat and drink water.

In the morning I drink a glass of warm water before I take any solid food. I don't drink during a meal but at least thirty minutes after a meal. To complete my required daily water intake (which is at least one liter), I make it a point to drink the liquid in between.

i usually drink water after meal so that i'll not get full that easy (specially if the food really tastes good). i remember during highschool, one of classmates told us that according to her doctor cousin, drinking water after meal is better than drinking in during the meal. also, warm water is better than cold because cold water helps solidify fats. So i drink warm water. =)

I usually drink water after eating, but I think people who need to lose wight are advised to drink a lot of water before eating to limit their apatite.

As for me, I will drink warm water after the food. As i heard it help to wash away the oily food wae eat.
