No I didn't try any of them. In India, the Vista is still scarcely available in retail market.

Here in Greece you can find them but they are very expensive.

Vista is quite beautiful and offer a lot of features. I've had it for months now (starting in RC-1).
The one big issue is your video card. If it's not up to Vista grade, you can run Vista, but you will have a miserable life.
Go to the Microsoft Vista checker, and let it tell you what is needed on you pc before you consider the move.
If Hardware has a green light, copy off all your files.
Boot from the Vista CD, seelect a new install (not upgrade). Delete your partition, and format. It will then continue with the install.
Another way is to buy a new fast hard drive if your's is old.

i saw windows vista is nothing special and i have heared very bad information about it.i got many friends who are computer specialist and they all says dont put windows vista to your computer.for many reasons,one of them that with vista you can use only programms that windows allows you to use..and its not good for me.windows are making buisness...

No I have not tried Windows Vista. I don't like to try new Windows operating systems right away because they always seem to have some bugs to work out. So I will wait awhile until I hear more good things about it.

No I haven't tried it but I know it needs a lot of resources to run on any computer, my PC won't qualify for it, maybe one day when I get a new computer or a laptop it will run with Windows Vista.

Yes,i have Windows Vista Ultimate edition and it goes OK on my PC wich is not a super PC,thus i'm not using heavy applications,one pity: not compatible with my version of Photoshop and Alchool 120% :(

I just won a laptop from the place I work at and it has Vista on it.It is a little confusing finding what is where.But after hours of exploring it I kinda like it.I still have to get online with it.So maybe when I do this it will be easier to figure out.

I need some information too. If someone could drop a line telling his/her experience with windows vista, it would be great.
I know I'm not changing soon, but having some extra information is always good.
