ragging is good or bad?

i know everybody will say thatit is bad...but there r a lot of things which helps u to improve ur personality if ragging will be done in limited way....what do u say???????

As long as it is constructive criticism it's ok, but if it is taken beyond that, it is no longer helpful.

this is a bad thing. And i feel that ragging should be completely banned.
