subbu007 well said... !! the only way i see to play safe is to diversify my investment. like if i had 10$ then i would rather invest in 10 different HYIP's so that even if 2 - 3 are to be a scam then i won't loose much !!

subbu007 I don't know whether we can stop the scam in hyip's but one thing i know as an investor is diversify your investment so that even if one is reported to be a scam then you have some other ways to earn also : If you are still looking to find a good HYIP's...

It depends upon what you mean by dieting. I don't think, these fad diets are any good, but if you are chaning your ways of eating too healthy foods than yes. Diet correctly and excercise is important and the right way to do it.
