Do you have any particular favourite brands? Are they famous brand?? Will you always buy it without trying other new brands? Do you pursuit famous brand ?? Do you have any good or bad experience about buying a famous brand product? DO you think famous brand is always better ? ' I do not like to pursuit particular brands ,as long as the price is good, i will buy it, e.g clothes, I will buy them when I feel I can wear them comfortably and price is acceptable.'

I only go for quality goods. Sometimes i also go for quatity . I don't mind paying less for more quatity even though the quality is lousier. As for brands, if i hear something bad about, i might try it for myself or i'll stay away from it,it depends. But still i advice myself it is important to go for reliable brand like panasonic and not pansonic.

I too am like this. I don't like buying particular products because of their popularity. I'll buy them because they're affordable, comfortable and last alot longer than most. I've had bargin goods that has outlasted most major products. Like most shoes that i buy, like nike or addidas i tend to go into the store and look around at how the store is set up. Then I look at all the colours, I know what you're thinking,.."how bizarre?" I do this bcause storekeeeprs tend to be to busy for me to begin with. When I've made some decision on which shoe has opened my interest. I then take it off the shelf and hold it in my hands, twisting the shoes,. doing whatever I can hoping it will fall apart,.. not really! So far I have yet to buy a product that wasn't worth buying. No shoes that I have ever bought has fallen apart within the year I purchased it. With shirts that's a whole nother story. I tend to smell the shirt as if it was returned. That's usually what happens to most products. They're returned smelling all to be damned, goodness I hate that smell when it doesn't come wrapped. I bring shopping from a whole different perspective.

Brand names go for smaller sizes than I am. I've never cared for those "name brand" purses & stuff. I'm allergic to most perfumes. Guess I'll just never be a fashion forward sort.

Depending on what we are looking at, yes, I do have some brands that I like more than the other. By the same token, I also have some brands that I just want to boycott. For a variety of reasons.. yet sometimes I don't know the reason myself. :P

Brand name clothing is a joke to me. I do have certain brands of food items I only buy certain brands of. But as far as clothes/shoes are concerned... why should I pay more just to have someone's name on my behind???

For cloths I don't care about brands at all, i will buy what I like, is comfortable and of course affordable. i hate to pay a lot extra for a label that actually worth nothing. But for electronics and certain items, I may prefer certain brands that I trust even if it has less features or higher price, unknown brands may look good, have more features and less expensive but they are not as good as big brands in most of the cases.

I don't bother with the name brands on most things. For clothes I look at the seams to see how well they are made. I decide about what to buy by what I like. In food the same way. I do have some brands I like because of taste more than the name. For electronics I go to the consumer quide at the library. They tell me the best to buy.

But most of these 'branded' goods are made by the same factories that make lesser known brands .. the items are almost always identical inside .. with just a few cosmetic changes on the outside .. I should know I worked in elctronics for almost 10 years .. and the only difference between a well known brand and an 'also ran' brand would be the trim ... and of course the price ...

I prefer generic goods where i have a choice they are as good as the branded ones. For branded goods you end up paying more and high cost does not neccessarily mean more value.

I have often purchased products ( appliances)with known brands, but I still do purchase once in a while not too familiar or new brands so that I may know their quality. I can say that the familiar brands or famous brands when it comes to appliances work well, because thay have already proven a track record of their performance and durability and quality. As to clothing, I dont really go for the branded types. I also buy unfamiliar brands, as long as I like it and it suits me well.

I don't usually bother with brand names except for my slacks. I found a good brand and it is the only one that fits me properly so I tend to stick with it. For the rest of my clothes, I will just buy whatever clothes look best on my regardless of the brand.

I don't believe that brands are always better - of course, that's what the manufacturers would LIKE us to think! Some years ago when I was really hard up for money, I started having to buy cheaper brands because I couldn't afford anything else, and I found that the difference in qualty wsn't worth te extra price. I have found the 'name brand' teas and coffees are better than the supermarket own brands, and I also stick with certain brands of soap and washing powder because I have sensitive skin that is likely to flare up if I encounter a brand of soap or washing powder containing soemthing I'm allergic to. As far as clothes are concerned - there's not a single item of 'label' or 'designer' clothing in my wardrobe. The most expensive items in there are a couple of hand made suits that are very high quality and will last for ever (provided I don't put too much more weight on!) So, most of the time I'm led by my wallet. With FRESH food - meat, vegetables and fruit - I always buy teh very best I can afford.

I always shop around for the least expensive clothes and I don't mind what brand they are as long as they are good quality and the look good on me. If I am going somewhere special, such as a wedding, then I will buy an expensive brand of clothing as I would want to look my best.

I am not a brand addict .. I couldn't care less who made the product just so long as it's fit for purpose, works properly and doesn't cost a fortune .. I simply do not understand why folks buy branded clothing .. I for one would hate to be a walking advert and to be seen wearing the same things as everyone else has on .. plain daft if you ask me ..

Yes i do have a famous brand whenn it comes to shoes. I always buy Nike. I think Nike shoes are much better than most of the other top brands. They also do last pretty long. My previous Nike lasted me for a good 4 years inspite of heavy usage. I aslo used to have a reebok but that didn't last more than 2 years. With other accessories i am not so particular like shoes or jeans or shorts. As long as it is comfortable and looks of decent quality and affordably priced i would buy it. It is only with shoes that i am quite particular

I like to use the name brands for certain things, but generally, I go for generic. Except my clothes, I always find name brand clothes on sale at thrift stores for good deals.

I will prefer drinks of famous brand like coca cola because the price difference is not that big with 'no brand' products.
