what was your first pet?

my first pet was manoj.. a cow...i never forget him that much love gives me... i was only 4 or 5 yrs old that time.. my neighbours cow... we used to play hide and seek ,running games..many many funny things...when i came back from school he'll be waiting for me on the way ..everybody in my home surprised about our friendship... if i say or think more about him i'll become sad... he's no more... when ever i see a cow in front of me i'll thik about my manoj....

I remember my first pet too. She was a beautiful Irish setter that doubled as horsey too LOL My parents got her for me when I seemed to be a bit scared of dogs. She was a pup when we got her and it was incredible to see her grow as I was growing to. She lived a long life although in her last years she had a heart problem. We all love animals and I think we went a bit overboard .. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, but not much space at home LOL Still we share the space really nicely hehe

My first pet was an english bulldog. his name was Bandit. my dad went to florida when i was really little and didnt have the money to get back to Michigan so he sold the dog to get back. ever since then its been my life long dream to own another english bulldog.

I do remember my first pet. He was a doberman and his name was Ceasar. He was such a good dog. We kept him outside in a dog lot and one day we went out to feed him and someone had broken the lock and stolen him. I was so sad and I still remember that and it was about 20 years ago or more. Then our next pet was a cat named Shasta. She was sweet when she was a baby but the older she got the meaner she got. She would always hide when people came over to our house and we couldn't find her until they left. Then we got the dog that I have now which is a yorkie named Gabby. When I left home my mom was going to keep her but she would sit at the door of the room that was my bedroom and wait on me. My mom said she would sit there and whine. So I got her from my mom and I still have her. She is my little baby and I don't know what I'll do when anything happens to her.

My first pet, was Lucky, a rat. She is such a sweet heart, and she loves to give kisses. I actually still have her. Rats ushally only live to be 3, but she is 3 1/2! Shes not gonna make it to much longer, but im so happy I decided to steal her from that snake, because it made me realize, how sweet and smart, and affectionate rats really are. I have had over 30+ rats withen the years, never had one bite me, like most people think, and they all will lick your hands and cuddle with you, just like a cat would. Of couse, these rats, known as Fancy rats, and diffrent from Wild rats, these rats are tame.

my first pet was a golden fish ....my dad gifted me when i was 12 ...i really enjoyed luking at it ...

When I was ten, I got a cat. He was just a baby when he arrived but soon he got accustomed to our family and became a great friend for me and my parents. Every kid should have an animal as friend, it just makes the life so much more fun and interesting.

My first pets were Guppy fish. I got an aquarium from my sister and brother in-law for Christmas when I was about six. I didn't really enjoy the fish all that much, especially after they started having all these baby fish. It did teach me about responsiblity though and how to take care of a pet. What I had really wanted that year was a dog. I got my dog the next Christmas. She was a daushand/terrier mix and her name was Angel. I adored that dog and had her until she passed away from old age.

as far as i remember my first ever pet is a dog namd sweet. she has been with the family even before i was born.

my fist pet is s"kingking" it like a snail.. but have feet ^^ I dunno what it calls omn english .

My first pet was a cat named Metro. But I wasn't really into her, until she gave birth to three kittens which I tried to take care of. I was like 5 or 6 so I don't know how to really take good care of kittens, all I remember is I make them eat rock salt and they always hide from me, I guess they're scared of me because I wasn't gentle to them. One day they were all gone I don't know what happened to them until now I still wonder....

My first pet was a mongoose. My dad found this baby mongoose wounded and lying in our farm house. He brought it home and took it to the local vet for the treatment. The vet said that one of its limbs was broken and can not be done anything on that. He applied some ointments on the wound and said it would take couple of days for it to recover. I was around 14 years old and and when dad asked me whether I can take care of him, eagerly said yes. We were good friends and even today I miss Ricky (I called him ricky). Ricky wa very intelligent and sober too.

When I was a kid, I was two years old, and I think my first pets that were my very own were rats. Surprising? Teehee. I had two of them but they only lived for two weeks I think. I was really little so sometimes I would hold them by their tails. And then I killed one of them because when I was holding it I squeezed it too hard. I was only two, but to this day I feel really bad about that... We'd had the cat, Chelsea, since before I was born though (she's gone now). :( And then I think the second pet of my own was a beta fish. I was probably three. I got it out of the water and held it. Luckily my mom caught me so I didn't kill that one, and she moved it up to where I couldn't reach it. When I was four I got a dog, and I never hurt him. I feel so bad about hurting my pets when I was little even though I didn't know any better. :(

i am agree with u . pets live with us and become our family members. we lov them as our family members. and offcourse we have to treat them truely becoz they are living beings.

i don't have any pet in my life infect i don't like to have pet.

Our first pet when I was a kid was a Miniature Poodle named Snowball because he was white. We also had some finches and a canary. The strangest pet we had was a spider monkey which I do not recommend. He bit, smelled, screeched, and threw his excrement everywhere including at anyone around him. Needless to say, he found a new home rather quickly. Getting that wasn't one of my parents better ideas.

Hello dear friend, i would like to share something about my first pet here. he was a cat whom i called Mano. He was black and white in colour. he was so obedient! Even when i beat him he always give me good reponse and play with me. I lost him very soon and he had been to me for 3 years! He was so nice and i couldnt find any pet after him

My first pet was a Parrot..a small one a Perush parrot ...he was green with yellow ...and Had blue nose..i had him For Quite a while ..Although he did not live to it's species maximum life time ...about 15 years( but that is in the wild) ...He lived 8 years .. ahh ..I have 2 Others Now :)SUCH cute muffins hih :)

my first pet dog was a bull dog,his name was rockey.that time i was 6 or 7 years old. i loved him a lot.

Pets are my the most loved ones as i like them too much.i do remember my first pet it was a doberman,he was just 32 yrs old when i brought him.at that time i had to tke much care of him as he was small in age but after 1 year we didn't have to care of him but he started taking care of our whole house.As we all know that dogs are the most faithful to all of us.
