do u use alarm clocks for rising up?i am a late riser. a do use alarm clock for rising up from bed.But they are useless for me.Everyday i give an alarm of 7 a.m. in the morning.But i dont know when i stop the alarm and when it starts. But still i use it.dont know why.please share ur ideas with me.I shall be grateful if u share some og ur ideas with me.

Perhaps you need to have more interesting things happening in your life. Then you will be excited about getting out of bed that you wont even want to wait for your alarm to go off. I use an alarm because I need to make sure I'm up to get my daughter to school, but I'm always awake before it goes off ready to start my day.
