My friend asked me this question... and i am surprised by some of the answers some people give.
If there was a button, that when you pressed it, would give you $1000 (or similar), but would randomly kill one person somewhere in the world when you press it, how many times would you press it?
One friend said they would press it many times to make it worthwhile eg to get a million dollars
One friend said they would press it a few times.
Personally, i would go crazy with one death on my conscience, so i could not press it once.
I suppose it all depends on what you think the consiquences will be...

I'd like to be able to say that I'd never press it, and I -probably- wouldn't.
But damn.. if I were starving or my mom needed a new liver or something, it'd be hard to say no to all that cash. (What would be hilarious is if you wanted the money for a down payment on a new kidney for a loved one, and they die for that cash. By which I mean, it would be hilarious if it happened to you, not me.)

I could never press this button. I can't understand people that will value a human life below having money for themselves.
That is a really interesting question, I will have to ask some of my friends about it.
