Should you declare your Mylot earnings?

I recently read a discussion about "Cheating the Welfare System" and it got me thinking about whether you should declare the income you generate from Mylot. It was interesting to note that the person who started the discussion reckoned that they would most likely dob in someone who was cheating the welfare system, I guess they declare their mylot earnings.
What do you think, is there perhaps a limit that when you reach it you should declare it?

I think mylot does not allow us to declare the 'exact' earnings that we have here, to protect other member's interests. It is written in mylot's rules in guidelines, and they will delete the said post if they find it. If you find a mylot member cheating, it is much better to report them. You can report them by sending them a PM and adress it to mylot. As simple as that, and they will definitely terminate the account of the said offender.
Here is the link to mylot's deletion of discussions, take time to read it and know the important rules on how to be a responsible mylot member:

Thanks but what I meant by declaring your mylot earnings was from a "Tax" perspective. If you were lucky enough to earn say $100.00 from your discussions, should you declare this and pay tax on it?
