I know someone who got her daughter's money with the promise of buying her a new car with the money and helping her pay for the balance. A few months passed, the money is nowhere to be found and car is still non-existent. The daughter tried to get her money back but the mother got angry at her for not waiting until the mother gives the money back.
The mother used the daughter's money and allegedly loaned the money to someone, when she can't get back the money she won't do anything to pay her daughter's money back. Instead of being humble and apoligizing she remained proud and angry for her actions, she took her daughter's money and now she's the one who have the nerve to feel angry.
It's been a year now and the daughter still doesn't have her money back. Is if fair for the mother to get angry at her daughter for wanting to get the money back?

I don't think it is fair for the mother to get mad at the daughter - and, if I believed money should come between a mother and daughter, I would say that the daughter should be mad at the mother - but, in the end, what will it matter? She will only have one mother and she should enjoy every moment she has with her.

Thanks for your reply. What if I tell you that the mother treat her 'family' different when it comes to money? The daughter grew up with her grandparents and ever since her mother came back her life has been hell.

Thanks for your comment. What do you suggest the daughter should do?
