Long hair or short hair....which do you like better?

i like a man with the "clean cut". makes his face glow and brighten up. i don't like facial hair at all. in the end, it depends who has the facial hair. if he's nice, his facial will mean nothing. i've had my hair both long and short. the only considerable difference i've noticed is that it's harder to maintain short hair. i thought it would be easier but you have to style it before leaving the house, or else you will look like you just woke up. i prefer myself to have shoulder length hair. not too long and not too short. like you said, there are really some women who look better with short hair. unfortunately, i'm not one of them. i looked like a man when i had short hair.

Well my hair is shoulder-length, and I plan on keeping it that way. I had it really long for years, but I think there comes a time in a womans' life when really long hair doesn't really work anymore, and as I am in my 40's now, I feel that I have reached that age, and shoulder length is about as long as I plan to have it! I have had it cut quite short a couple of times in my life, but although comments have generally been favourable, it just doesn't feel right to me - I am just not comfortable with it. As for men - well I prefer longer to short, though it HAS to be clean and well kept, - so long, greasy, straggly locks are definately out! LOL! I don't like very sort hair on men though, or shaved and close-cropped styles at all. And it's so funny how people are different isn't it? Because reading your post, I had t laugh ecause the one thing I cannot stand on en is facial hair - beards and oustaches are OUT for me......... I've always told my man if he grew a beard I woud leave him! LOL!

I hate long hair on men. When my boyfriend and I got back together, he'd grown his hair quite long -- possibly longer than mine, and I told him I preferred short hair. So he cut it, and donated it to the local cancer foundation for wigs. On myself, I preferred when I had short hair. It was about 3-4 inches all over and I got a ton of compliments on it, and it was very low maintainence. It's long now and my boyfriend prefers it that way, so we sort of have a deal. I can't cut mine, and he can't grow his. He's got facial hair, too, and I love it. Definitely beats 'beard burn' when it's cut close and he gets a 5 O'Clock shadow.

Well it depends upon guys what they like but personally i like guys with short hair. With less hair they look more young and attractive.

I would like to see a GIRL vth LONG HAIR. U too Looks cute in LONG HAIR. As like ur HUBBY, I vll also get nervous if u get ur hair trim. But somr GIRL looks cute in SHORT HAIRS TOO, for example LATE DIANA. It depends on the FACE and FIGURE U HAVE.

I love longer hair on women, but it also depends on their look/style/body type..

I am female and I have always liked men with long hair, its just something that has always attracted me, so long as its clean.

I like boys that don't have too short or too long hair, just somewhere in the middle. I on the other hand like to have long hair. It's so weird how short hair doesn't fit me :D

well i have had my long hair days and i got bored with it.. now people with my short hair that i carry myself with it and suits me well. i liked my short hair now.

i think it really all depends on the woman. Some people look great with short hair but don't suit long hair and vice versa. I like both but my wife has short hair which looks great so I'll give the nod to short...call me biased...LOL

i like long hair for style, but in summer season i prefer short hair.

My own hair is almost down to my waist now and my guy's hair is also very long, virtually the same length. I would be very upset if my partner got his hair cut now, it looks wonderful, shining and healthy.

I have a patner with long hair, but i would prefer it short. He also has a goatee, which i utterly dislike. Basically i like men with short hair and no facial hair. My partner prefers my long hair, he goes nuts when I talk about cutting it short. Seems like we both want something different from each others hair :)

My hair are very soft and very hard to comb. they catch dust very soon and very hard to arrange . I look like a idiot mostly with all hair messed up.

i prefer long hair. i like looking at girls with long beautiful hair. maybe because when i was in grade school i had a seatmate who have this long beautiful black hair. its lenght is below the waist. and she let me brush her hair. that was fun for me. i even try to braid her hair. i remember touching this thick black soft hair and enjoy combing it. asian women are known for their beautiful long black hair.

I like myself with short hair.But I like my wife with long hair. I think the women who can pull off short hair is not well.
