If you have a money lender as your immediate neighbor

who charges 10% per month as interest, how will you feel? Of course, Shakespeare said that "Neither a borrower nor a lender be". We may not have any occasion to borrow from him. Yet, out of six possible immediate neighbors (opposite, back, left, right, over, below), at least one side may be disgusting. If we need money frequently, we may find that side the most preferable side.

Why do you think that it is a comment on him? It is a comment on the society in which we are a part of. If the society tolerates, the Govt. tolerates it and heshe goes on exploiting the poor people, the society has to pay the costs. Being a part of the society, we too pay costs.

Yes specially nowadays money lenders are "in demand", but I think 10% interest is too much.
