Okay, so I love to cook. I just don't really know of any good recipes. I am tired of the same stuff. I only speak english and I am living in Switzerland. So if anyone could also translate some swiss dishes, that would be fantastic! I want to learn how to make swiss meals. I love Italian food. But anything will do. I am open to any suggestions. :-)

http://www.about.ch/culture/food/index.html This is a site for recipes of Swiss foods, I think that this will help you. It must be exciting to be in Switzerland. Would love to visit there myself. Good luck with the recipes you are able to get.

I can't help you with swiss recipies...but I can help you with Italian stuff! This is one of my favorite soups. It's an italian soup that my mom used to make for me all the time....especially when I was sick. It's easy to make and really good. Italian Stracciatella Soup Ingredients: 4 cups chicken stock or broth salt and pepper 2 eggs 4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley Directions: Heat the stock or broth to a boil over high heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the Parmesan and parsley and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the soup and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the eggs float to the top and form tiny flakes. Serve Immediately. You can add cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces to this soup if you want something a bit more hearty. Orzo or Pastene is also really good if you like pasta in your soup. Adding a bit of lemon is also a great addition. I especially like a squirt of lemon juice in my soup (plus it's extra vitamin C).

I don't actually know what food is traditional in Switzerland so I'm afraid that I can't help you with recipes from there. However I do like Italian food plus a wide range of other things. I have a recipe website with a while range of foods on so perhaps you would like to take a look. http://www.recipesforvegans.co.uk Although it is a vegan recipe there are lots of everyday ingredients in the recipes that you should easily be able to get hold of without having to go to specialist wholefood shops. I hope you find something you like.
