sudden drop in temperature

Has a sudden drop in temperature from summery to freezing ever made you get aches and pains all over? I usually get them in my knees, but this time my hands, fingers, and feet are aching, and I've had short bits of pain in arms and back as well. The hand pain woke me up the other night, which is pretty unusual.

The pain is caused by the change in the weather. I ache all over when it happens and have learned that a hot beth helps and I also take over the counter pain meds that help. When my hands hurt I put them in real warm water and that helps.

Thanks. Hot baths do help, and so does remembering that it's a temporary thing.
