Its really nice to hear old songs from the past.Coz they are more meaningful and they have more essence than the songs that are puffing now.It also remenisces the old times, and its really soothing to the ears.So what about you, do you like old music too?.Or do you prefer new waves one?.

This have brought my attention once again when I have read in some car forums regarding the old new wave songs (1980's) that I have grown up. I started downloading some songs and played them with my car stereo. This had brought the old memories once again, both the happy and sad, which makes me what I am right now. Yeah it's nice to hear those old songs once again.

I like old music. I am actually into standard music right now, songs from the 50' and the 60's era. I find them more entertaining, interesting and relaxing.

i find old/classic songs more touchy and the lyrics are far better than new songs these days. old songs are more romantic and more creative than the ones there are now. i also like the songs of the new generation. but if i am going to choose, i'd choose the old/classic ones. soothing to the ears and soul.

I heartily agree with you.Old songs had a lot of depth, meaning, emotions in them.Even the remixes that you get to hear these days can pass of their feelings. While as, the new jargon is at times just hopeless and one prefers to switch off your mind as well as the source of all that noise.

i "love" oldies. i actually love all kinds of music, except for heavy metal, rap, and opera. the sixties had some really fun songs. the beatles, herman and the hermits, all of those beach movie songs! they were so fun to sing along to, and you could hear all the words!

Yup! I agree. =) I love old, classic songs. =) They are soothing and relaxing. Most music nowadays are too loud for my tastes. =/
It is always better to listen to musical roots and classics. Relives the soul, soothes the mind. =)
Have a nice day! =)

I agree with you fairygreen...id rather choose to hear those old songs because you can still understand most likely its lyrics not like now mostly it contributes noise. Most of all those old songs especially love songs has a deep meaning for all aspects of life. The pain, the sorrow, the joys, inspirations, aspiration...all of it..usually old songs focus to life.It can boast one self-esteem while hearing those old songs.
