How do you split the utility bills when you are living with a married couple?

I moved in with my sister and her husband a few months ago. And for some reason, I am paying half of all the bills. I am kind of upset about it because A) I am barley home and they are ALWAYS home b) all three of us work and have income coming into the house and since there are three people using the electric, water, cable, internet, etc shouldn't the bills be split three ways?
Am I blowing this out of proportion? Is this NORMAL?
What should I do?

No, you are correct. Since there are three adults in the home the bills (household) should be split three ways. My sister lived with my husband and I for a while and this is the way we did it. It is only fair. You should only be paying 1/3. I would talk with them and tell them how you feel, calmly of course. Good luck.
