Do you believe that you have lived before?

What memories do you have of your past lives? How do you get in touch with your former Selves? Have you done past regression with a therapist? Please tell me more about it. I'm very interested... Sometimes I feel that I may have lived before.

I have never had past life regression... but I've had wake dreaming done. I have recurring dreams at night and it's always me in another time... I know it's me, but I don't look like me. A friend who's into that kind of stuff said it could be me tapping into past life memories. I hope not... they aren't pleasant.

It was something my friend used to do. It has something to do with Carl Jung. She walked you backwards until you were awake but in a dream state. you would tell her what you saw and then she would ask questions. I don't remember how all of it worked - but it's not hypnosis. For my brother someone was chasing him and she told him he had to turn around and face what was chasing him. And it turned out to be him. Like he was chasing himself. Then she interpretted it.

What is "wake dreaming"? I have flashbacks sometimes ~ a lot of the time, in my sleep. I think some of it is from the abuse I endured as a child. But sometimes I "sense" things. And yes, the flashbacks are terrifying at times.

i don't believe in second life but sometimes when an incident happened to me i feel that it happen in the early days. i can't explain why but it happened to me several times.

Yes, I know what you mean. Although, I believe that it's possible to come back. Am mostly just exploring ideas right now.

I remember I was laid on a big table.. There was someone standing over me.. It was dark and I can only see his shadow.. He put a glove on his hand.. Then he flipped me over and put his hand up my.. No, wait that was my physical exam! Lived before? I'm not even sure I'm alive now! I spend 24 hours locked up in my room, posting in MyLot and watching Paris Hilton videos. I sincerely hope there isn't another life after this cause I'm exhausted. I don't think I can stand to watch another Paris Hilton video. Well, I hope that answered your question.. If it didn't, maybe I'll answer it in my next life..

no I don't believe in reincarnation and i never got that feeling.. i read some things about it and I'm not convinced, i personally never met anyone who believe in it and "remembers" his/her other lives but usually it's seen as a psychological problem not reality..
