Why? What real out come would we as a species get from the actual proof of a certain religion being right? Well I could imagine that many people would be crushed by the thought everything they ever believed in being wrong. If a person's belief is completely wrong so what? Why would it be beneficial to crush them and pull them out into view and say then see we were right you were wrong.
If a religion is not hurting people and basically provides the place for them to take thier worries and pain and hopes and dreams. Promotes good deeds and values. Why would we want to disprove it. Applaude all who have self disapline enough to stay away from bad things and promote good things by what ever means they do.

I'm with you. I think having faith in a religion no matter what it is is very important. If someone has faith in what they believe in and are able to lead a happy life with that, then who's business is it for someone to come in and tell them everything they believe in is wrong. I say let people believe what they want as long as it's not hurting anyone. Why does one religion have to be right or wrong?

I agree with you. I have many questions about my religion, but I don't ask to disprove anything...I only ask to get my questions answered so I can believe with no hesitations and no problems. To try and disprove someone's religion is really not very nice. I am with you that if something provides hope and dreams, then go for it. But, if you ahve questions, I think it's necessary to ask for your own happiness.

Oh geez chay i hope you don't think i was talking about you. I Agree with you if you have questions by all means search! I thought you had a very valid posting. It really just brought this related but seperate question to my mind. So many people actually go to the point of killing and hurting each other (and have throughout history) over this need to prove which religion is right and who's wrong that i thought i would voice my opinion on it. In fact i thank you for bringing this question to my mind, once again you entertained my brain for a while this morning.
