Tofu/tokwa or beancurd ??

dont know why but i love it very much, i can eat it plain or with a sweet and sour dip, or cooked with any kind of dishes. And they said u can benefit in eating it frequently. do u love TOFU as well??

I love tofu because it's so versatile. I like putting it in stir fry and making a "mock chicken salad" with it. I also like pureeing it in desserts, baked goods, and fruit smoothies.

pureeing tofu for desserts?? thats one i didnt know, maybe u can share with me some recipe. i thought its a soya milk itself. thanx for responding

yup! tofu is very good! besides the taste it totally packed with protien from soya. Especially for growing kids.

yes i love taukwa, or for those who dont know what that is, its a firmer and more fermented version of tofu. its really quite delicious on its own, but it goes very well with chilli dips as well. a really healthy alternative to chips for snacks!

I think Tofu is one of the best food in the world, as it is also famous in Japan. Because they make alot of ways to cook, eat, serve and even make some shakes out of it. Tofu is a good substitute for meat, as it has protein and acts as an extender. I love adding it on "okoy", "tokwa't baboy", "guisadong monggo" and fried hot and crispy along with a spicy vinegar to pair with "goto"!;)

You're no alone, i love tofu verys much thats why i make it a point to have a tofu dish in our meal for at least once or twice a week. tofu is full of nutrition also thaty why its very healthy to eat
