I don't go to the movies that often either.
I prefer to wait until they come to DVD. It seems that I am always missing part of the movie because I just can't make it through a whole movie without a potty break! LOL At least at home, I can pause it if I need a potty break and get my own pop corn from the microwave...it is cheaper. ha ha
But this is what I know what I want to see so far....
Premonition - Sandra Bullock
Music and Lyrics - Drew Barrymore
DajaVu - Denzel Washington (haven't seen him in a movie that I haven't liked yet!!!)
Reign Over Me - Adam Sandler
The Last Mimzy
In the Land of Women
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Knocked Up (This looks so cute!)

Your list matches mine except I'm a fan of Quentin Tarantino so I'll be including Grindhouse-the trailer is offputting-but they so often are. And the the edward Gorey movie Ravenladyj mentioned in a different post else I'd never have heard of it's being released.

We do not see a movie until it comes out on DVD either.
We like watching it in the comfort of our own home anyway.
So, don't feel alone...and you can keep the DVD, unlike in the movies!
I have never heard of 28 Weeks Later, Hostel 2, Grindhouse, Bug, Resident Evil: Extinction, Good Luck Chuck, or Captivity.
But, I will have to check them out sometime.
I have heard of the others, and everyone also wants to see Disturbia. However, if it is going to be a horror-bloody movie...I do not want to see it. :) LOL

oh oh oh oh oh yea yea Vacancy looks GOOD! The Tripper and Hatchet? are those new? I've not heard of them...I'll have to go and do a search..cause well a hatched can in fact be a girls best friend depending on her mood that day and.....Behind the mask..never heard of that either....I DID though recently hear about Zombie remaking Halloween...that shoud be interesting....

The Tripper and Hatchet are both 80's slasher flick types and are supposed to be great. The tripper has a guy in a Ronal Reagan mask chopping up kids at a woodstock type festival and hatchet focuses on a group on a swamps tour that get lost and picked off one by one...here is a link to the trailer for Zombies Halloween....looks wicked..

Well, Spider Man 3 comes to mind. I think that would be on everbody's list. How come I don't see "The Simpson's Movie" here. Doesn't anyone like the Simpson's anymore. I thought that it was one of the most awaited events of the year? I can't wait for it. YipEEEE!!
