He is turning 7 this year and loves all things male. I try to make every thing for the kids' parties. I am cheap. But I am creative. So I am looking for some ideas to through around for the party. It's in June, but I like to have a few months to search clearance bins and get all the things together for the party. So if you've run across any great parties or had any great parties please let me in on the idea! Thanks.

Does he like outer space, astronomy, nasa, astronauts? It would be easy to do a space themed party. I beleive that on nasa.gov you can get some print out things, too and some ideas.

I'm not sure if I'm the right person to advise you on this since I don't have kids but here goes anyway..
At 7 years old, he should be into something that would put him in a costume. Pirates, animal costumes, etc.. A good idea would be a robot costume. Lots of kids love robots for some reason..
Also if you use the robot theme you can just use cardboards and paper to make the costume. At most, you will need glitter. But it's real easy to make.
Robot music isn't that hard to find, just anything from the 80's will do. Everything sounded like a robot back then..
Like I said I don't have kids so I'm not sure what you're looking for. Hope this helps. :)

What if the kids dress up as their favorite person like spiderman or superman. Or else you can just have a theme of your kids choice.

We're Hawaiian so my nephew had a luau theme for his very first birthday! It was so fun! He's just turned 3, 2 days ago and we had a pirate's of the caribbean theme for his small party and we'll be having another party (a big one!) on the 21st and that one will be Ninja Turtles because he loves them right now! We make his banner because we like to personalize it and make it huge! We always draw huge pictures of whatever his theme for the party is, for instance this one will have huge ninja turtles on it! It's cute! Also, my mom is very creative too and she just printed out a big picture (like an 8x10) of my nephew and drew little party hats and stuck tape on the back of them and that's what the kids played as a "pin the tail on the donkey" game! Who ever placed the party hat on my nephew's head (on the picture) won! Of course he won! He was nowhere near his head but he still won because it was his birthday! And he was the youngest at the party and youngest always automatically wins at our parties! Good luck and have fun with it!

Hi. Don't get in panic. Though you are cheap u can arrange a memorable birthday party for your child. In my childhood my father too kept a small party for me.We were also cheap. So my father planned a dress up party for kids , wherein all kids coming will be dressed up like someone. We had lots of fun as we all were kids. Few were policeman, beggers, actors, actoress, etc. It was a nice party and enjoyement for elders too.
Hope u would like this.
