Swimming is good for the whole body not especially for becoming taller. If you really want to grow up then try playing basketball or voleyball. It may help you but no more than 1-2 cm. Good luck. ah, and the last advice from me is to sport not because you will get taller but because sport is health. Sport is the way to feel good and to keep fit.

Swimming is good for the posture because it helps you to stretch your body without too much pain. Maybe you could grown a couple of inches if your posture is right.

Yes it is good for becomig tall. But once your epiphysis9growing part of the bone has fused with each other, there is not much of an advantage you get my either swimming or cycling or any other exercise.I dont know the exact percenatge for gals to grow taller after 18.But I can definitely say there is not much of a chance...

I heard that cycling is good for growing tall. Swimming too helps. Girls don't increase much height after 18 actually after puberty. I heard that.
