bread bread bread.....What is your favorite bread spread?

In my country, we have a famous bread spread called Seri Kaya. I love to spread my bread with this bread spread as it is taste sweet and creamy. Other than Seri Kaya, I use to spread the canned chili tuna and margarine + sugar to my bread. What I did is mixed the margarine with granulate sugar and spread them on my bread. It taste yummy to me. For the Seri Kaya, I spread the Seri kaya on the other half of my bread and margarine on the other half of them. It taste creamy and sweet, yummy. I have a recipe here on how you can make a Seri Kaya at home. Hope you will like it. Seri Kaya 1 Liter thick coconut milk 250 gm granulate sugar 10 egg yolk 2 pcs fragrant screwpine leaves Preparation Bring the coconut milk and sugar into boiling, Add the egg yolk and fragrant screwpine leaves Stir until it become thick. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving them with bread. Hope you will like it...

i prefer a home made chicken sandwich spread or egg cheese pimiento but if none creamy peanut butter may do.

I love jams the most, especially apricot and strawberry. I also like nut butters.

People in my country, have one best favorite bread spread, which is a chocolate spread. We eat it from a very young age, and everyone, even people that do not like chocolate that much, just love it. I know that when i visited the U.S, i was asked what is the food that i miss the most from my country, and when i answered, chocolate spread, people did a face. They thought that it was disgusting. i guess every country has it's own favorite foods. I also like peanut butter spread, and almonds spread.

well, i would say, a thick spread of peanut butter. but then, i'll add a layer of fruit jam too .... i'll enjoy my snack very much!

If I can have the bread right out of the oven, then I would use butter. I also like chicken salad or the old standby peanutbutter and jelly.

i love hot fresh homemade bread with butter..if its just regular store bought bread i like cinnamon and sugar on it...

I don't care to eat bread that much . If I am going to eat bread though I like to eat garlic bread the best. Otherwise I just have toasted bread with butter and cinnamon.

I love bread. Sometimes I just eat it plane. hehe But when I don't eat it plain, peanut butter is a great choice. I also like chicken salad, tuna or egg spreads. What is this cheese pimento spread I keep seeing mentioned? Sounds interesting.

Usually I don't like bread but given no option I would also choose peanut butter.

usually its pineapple jam or just salted butter. sometimes its with cheese singles.

One of my favorite is the tuna spread. My mother prepares this spread for us. It's not only deliscious but nutritious too. She adds some vegetables and mayonnaise in it.

i like the bread of gardenia..even without the spread..it really taste good..
