how many hours should we sleep i sleep for approximately 6 hours is it a good sleep

Generally, as people the older we get the less sleep we need. But I would say that 6-8 hours is usually a reasonable amount of time for the body to re-energize. So with minimum of 6 hours you should be ok.

Yes, 6 hourssleep is sufficient in normal time. A good sleep is felt when one sleeps with out any disturbances,and with out any dreams.

the minimum time as pe the who standards is 6hrs.
however if you are not able to complete yur sleep you can go for a 8 hour sleep .
but sleep without tensions in you r mind to avoid any hang over the next day.
