b_valentino Generally, as people the older we get the less sleep we need. But I would say that 6-8 hours is usually a reasonable amount of time for the body to re-energize. So with minimum of 6 hours you should be ok.

What are your memorable experiences about using a lighter when smoking? Some of my friends don't use lighter when smoking because there was a time when the lighter exploded and they were very shocked.

b_valentino A lot of the time with a lighter, the most annoying thing to do is singe your eyebrows, nose hair, eye lashes. This often happens when trying to light a smoke in the dark.

b_valentino When I was younger I used to smoke quite a lot, but no-one knew about it, except my friends with whom I smoked of course. I quit when I met my current girlfriend who hates the smell and the taste. So that is basically what got me to quit.
