I am going this morning to take a free class. they should you how do upload pictures on you computer, which I don't know how to do. change the size of thr picture, alot of trick photography work. It does'nt cost anything, so
I can use all this information. I do plan on taking it up in the future can anyone share anything about this topic? I am doing alot of things with my computer so this will be good for me. I went to the class last week, I had learn so much in just 1/2 hr. it is amazing what you can do with computers and photos. I will be gone for a few hours, if I learn something that is simple I will share it with you. Have a nice day!

I have always loved taking pics...since i was a young teen actually and I still love it...I have never taken a class but am seriously considering it this summer actually...I'm definatley not very skilled when it comes to various techniques etc so I'd really like to learn more advanced stuff...
Computers and pics are a fabulous combination and you really can do amazing things especially depending on what software you use/have access to..

This is so cool for you. I like to alter the pictures I find to fit my needs for my computer. We have a camera that we take pictures for Ebay etc. This is fun and that class will hopefully show you lots of neat things you can do. It is fascinating. We now know how easy it is to manipulate a picture so they are not good for proving anything anymore. Glad that you will share things in case there is something I don't know about. Have fun!!

Well, photography in the modern term doesn't just involve the camera, subject and photographer. It also involves a PC and some editing software.
I didn't go to any classes when I first took up photography. I learn by trial and error. I read from books and did a lot of editing. Some of the time, I even had to discard the pictures because editing software couldn't save them!
That's why, I guess, so many keen photographers are so discouraged with the fact they have to acquire some PC skills for digital photography!

I took Photoshop classes back when the program was still "new". I now use Gimp which has many of the same features. I take a ton of photos and occasionally enter them into competitions, but I have never won anything.
You know, there are often competitions where you can enter digitally manipulated photos. We have a county fair that has a whole show full of them. You have to make sure that they really allow them, though. A lot of competitions don't allow anything other than darkroom techniques.

Nice a free lesson! where did you get that?
I'm interested too in photography and I'm planning to get a proper lesson before the end of the year.
I only have few knowledge about photography. One thing I know is whenever you transfer your photo to computer and to another file the pixels were decrease which makes a bad impression to the photo and also when buying a camera you should check how small the aperture range cause the smaller value the bigger it can capture.
I have checked some online tutorial lesson and its been a big help.

I love photography also. I wish I could find a free software program like Photoshop (but without having to pay the fee.)I do know a little about editing but what I would really love to know how to do is the animations you can make from your pictures.

There are many things you can do with photo editors on the computer and once you learn them you will be addicted. I taught myself how to use paintshop pro and use that to edit my pictures but I would love to learn more! It's so fun to take an ordinary picture and make it into something unique!

That is one thing I've been longing and would love to do, I hope I can fulfill it sooner. I just love taking photos but right now I still have to save up for one good camera which is quite expensive. And I do also hope that there are free classes here in my place.
Enjoy your class and have fun!

I love it....though I wish I were more lucky when it comes to angles and good shots. and i wish i do have an awesome camera. I love to edit photos as well, making collage and compiling them..ever since a kid, I always get excited whenever pictures get developed, or how I would look...but i guess everybody shares the same passion. :))
