what would you do if your spouse favors the dog more then you??

I just can not stand the dog anymore she ruins everything, eats everything, is so dirty, stinky and digs up my yard. She is his dog and he dont really want to clean up after her (hair nor pooh), she sheds everywhere, so nasty!! I dont like her and I dont want to clean it up neither but I end up doing it because I cant stand the dirt and hair. With this being said I asked that he give the dogs to one of our friends who said they would take her or put her up for adoption, he wont do it! This dog really causes me alot of stress and he cares nothing of my opinion, only the dogs. This is my house, so I said if he feels that strong about the dog, maybe he should find somewhere else for him and the dog to live together, I just cant take it anymore. I feel that strong about that!!! Am I wrong for this, or does anyone see any other options for my situation that may work?????
