I need help losing a few pounds, and nothing I find seems to help. Any good suggestions will be appreciated?? What works for you?? What to do if you have a desk job and our weak minded to sodas and junk?? What will help!!!

showmethecash Yes Im pretty new but I have been on here for almost a month now!! But I do the same thing as well, I use an alias initially and then I will when I feel comfortable with someone give out my name. Thanks for the post
