Any suggestions?

putting a little bleach IN the toilet, swishing it around, letting it sit for a bit then flushing usually helps. As for wall tiles, it depends what kind of tile you have. I use Comet bathroom cleaner (in a spray bottle) and that's usually pretty good. If it's mildewy, Tilex usually works. If you don't want to deal with heavy chemicals, tea tree essential oil diluted with water works for mildew, but it's not as powerful.

Have you ever tried using Lime Away? I'm sure that will do the trick for you. That'll take the skin off your bones, among other things.
