I used to do a lot of sports as a teenager (even had trials for the England netball team - if I can drop that in again.) However, I have done less and less as I get older. I still walk our dog each day but am too busy on the computer to do much else apart from housework which is quite energetic. I have quite a physical job. I have prepared the bike (well my husband did) so that I can cycle to work now it is Spring. I hope I survive. LOL

I did survive. It was a bit difficult on the way back - uphill and into the wind but I made it. My legs don't want to walk upstairs now and I am a bit saddle sore.

My company do have a gym for the employee to used. I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.

i have hardly exercised since i am in college.but don't make wrong,i do know the importance of exercising.the problem is that i can't schedule it into my life.i mean,i usually get up very late in the morning,of course, thus having no time to do it.somebody may say:"why not jog in the evening?"well,i usually have classes in the evening, even worse,i would feel really hungry and tired after jogging which i have tried before"and how about weekends?"(good point),as a college student i'd rather do some part-time jobs than exercise.the former is better for my future work.
gosh,u may think i am so "good" at making excuses.whatever u think, it's me.
however, definitely,i swim sometimes.but in our school,we only have a swimming pool in the open air,so we can just swim in summer.swimming really gives me lots of fun.and backstroke is my favorite.swimming makes me strong and healthy skin color as well as makes me calm down and think some complicated problems out.so sometimes i just daydream that i can have a swimming pool in my future house.lol
