and... What kind of exercise do you usually? walking,jogging,soccer..... What are the significant effects after exercise?

lalbahadur i do jogging every morning along with some warm up exercises some times i so do yoga as increase my concentration power by doing so i have improved my health alot have also increased my level of cocentration i am free of daily infection tensions too
