There are dozens of ways to make money at home besides babysitting. One website that really helped me a lot and where I first found out about Mylot is wahm.com. This is a great website that was stared by a mother who did not want to work outside the home. It is a great resource for telecommuter jobs as well as great at home businesses with little or not investment. They are also a great group of women who are very helpful and supportive. At the very least you will make some great friends and hopefully find something you can do at home to earn you some money. Good luck!

I also found my latest work at home job through wahm.com. The discussion boards are great. If you can type, you might consider transcription. There is a very busy transcription folder on wahm.com. That is what I do from home. Many people also work for places like 1-800-Flowers and Willow, etc, doing customer service over the phone. Good luck with your job search.

MyLot is a wonderful place, but you won't make a whole lot here. I average about $30 a month. I love it though.
I am a freelance writer by trade. I also write articles for a site called Associated Content. There is no fee to sign up and they do pay $5-$20 per article they publish on their site. You are paid through pay pal. I have been with them since about August of last year. Here is the link to sign up. http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=15512
It's a great way to make extra money. I have never had a problem with them. If I can answer any questions about myLot or AC, please feel free to ask. Welcome to myLot and happy posting.

I do not know how good you are at writing or languages, but I think that article writing, editing and translations are a great way of working from home, when you are a stay at home mom.

If you have strong writing skills you should be able to find paying, legitimate work at home opportunities in producing web content. There are several good places for freelance writers to make extra money. You won't get rich, but the extra cash adds up. Good luck.
