Friends on myLot?

I have seen some posts with hundreds of responses and when I checked the number of friends some of these people have, they had hundreds. I believe the more friends you have, the more responses you will receive to your discussions. You will receive a notification whenever one of your friends posts a new discussion and they will also receive one when you post a discussion. It also helps to receive email notifications as it saves having to search for discussions to respond to. I always respond to my friends discussions first and then I browse through the other discussions.

I think it helps certainly. Not only do you build friendships, but you are there to help each other succeed here. I can't answer all of my friends discussions, but I do try and answer as many as I can. Those that interest me or where I have something to add, I reply to. My friends do the same for me. The way friends work are simple (or it should be although alot of people will only add you because they think they can get a referal for another site off of you) Friends on mylot should have the whole you scratch my back ill scratch yours idea but many dont. If you have loyal friends on mylot they will answer your discussions and therefore your discussions could be top discussions (this means they will not be able to be deleted near payday as they are not spam!) Plus you get paid more for the more responses you get to each discussion. A pointer though. I noticed you have already selected a best response? If you wait a few weeks even if you get the answer you want straight away. People are more likely to respond if they think they are in for a chance of getting best response happy mylotting!

Friends are supposed to help each other by reading and posting on each other's discussions. That way a person can earn a bit more. Some people request and accept lots of friends just for that reason. It doesn't always work though. Not all people post that dependably. I find that the more I post back and forth with some of my "friends," the more I learn about them, the more I start feeling like they really are my friends. It's one of the things I like about myLot.

I have learned that adding friends does not really help you out except if they read and comment.
