When I feel choking due to heavy stress,I cry loudly to release it.After crying,I feel very comfortable. Some people choose laugh loudly,I think it is also a good way,but a bit terrible in other's eyes.Of course, cry maybe lead others to feel strange. So will you choose cry to release your stress?

My ways to reduce my stress level are as follows (not necessary in the order listed):
Dancing, listening to music, hiking, skiing, skating, walking, eating (in moderation), drinking (in moderation), playing tennis, doing taiji on a regular basis, making love on a regular basis, gardening, socializing with friends, watching movies, having vacation on a regular basis, go to retreat once in a while, withdraw from people once in a while, taking a nap from time to time, sleeping (in moderation), PC gaming, reading books and articles, attending workshops and conferences, getting away from work site once in a while, taking long lunch hour break, having control over your own work schedule, talking in CD forum, taking pictures, swimimg, singing, shooting, writing etc...Gosh, I do wish I have enough time to do things to relax myself. I am getting so tense just to think what I do to reduce my stress level (just kidding).

When I am pressured or when i feel frustrated or helpless, i tend to cry also. I think it's a natural reaction of my body because even if i want to control it, tears will just keep pouring down. But it's also a good thing because after crying, i would also feel better and my chest would also feel lighter (figuratively speaking) as if some pressures are lifted.
Yes, different people have different ways to vent out their stress. It doesn't really matter if you laugh or cry or shout, what is important is that when you feel the need to let it out, just let it out. You'll see and definitely feel the change in yourself once you have let it out.
