Women might one day be able to produce sperm in a devlopment that could allow lesbian couples to have their own biological children. German scientists have manipulated human stem cells, extracted from bone marrow, into immature sperm cells. The researchers hope to use the technique to grow fully developed sperm within five years.
The technique, which could also be adapted to counter female infertility by growing eggs in a lab, raises the prospect of children being born through entirely artificial means.
Do you believe one day children will be grown artificially? Do you believe a sperm-for-women breakthough is a threat to men?

I honestly don't look for it to work and a hoping that it don't. I am not against woman living together but I am real not found of them being able to have there own children for that is a special thing that a man and woman share and if they chose to be with another woman then I think that they should have to adopt a child if they want one. That or find a male donor.You know I am not predjudice in anyway, I just don't approve of all these scientist trying to use stem cells to produce humans or any type of fertilization it just isn't right.

Just the idea of genetically modified kids mortifies me. What will we see next eh? I think genetic engineering to help mankind up to a point is good. But the way human nature is geered to go I don't think what they will produce with it will have for us a good end.
