does anyone have trouble sleeping

I go to bed so late just wasting time on the net or watching tv. I'm basically killing time waiting for something good to happen. Then I eventually go to bed and tend to wake up quite early, so I am exhausted the whole day. Does anyone experience this as well? Does anyone have any remedies for this?

i used to have problems in sleeping..i have had insomia for almost 2 years when i was in highschool..i dont usually get enough sleep..probably only 3-4 hours a day..so what i did was get rid of my bad habits before sleeping such as watching tv or listening to music at late hours..
in order for you to have a good night sleep,u should try to relax first, take a warm bath then a glass of warm milk would really help relax ur tensed body..like me u should also get rid those habits of staying late up at night..

Ever since I was at school I went to bed late. I also watched too much tv before going to bed. I'll definitely try the warm milk and bath. Should really help I'm sure?
thanks for the tips.

I don't really have problems sleeping but some-times my body will be so exhausted and so tired yet my feet will have this feeling of being wide awake, especially on the bottom of them and it's annoys me so bad, I usually end up awake to the point that I can't get all the way to sleep for awhile.

Oh that's interesting. Is there anything that alleviates that? Normally it's my brain that is wide awake whilst the rest of me is exhausted!

I have been an insomniac for pretty much most of my life and even now with my meds I dont sleep as much as I should (though I do sleep a solid run rather than in spurts)....Sounds to me though, that you just need to change your routine...Turn off the computer and tv earlier and go to bed earlier, lay there and read a book (it'll take a bit for you to train yourself to NOT get up and putter after the first 10 mins though)...do relaxing things for an hour before actually getting into bed....some gentle yoga, turn the lights down so the house isnt so bright, listen to some soothing music and so on...
Basically I think you just need to change your routine at night.....

I have trouble in sleeping for last few weeks.I think its because of the very hot climate here.I have a bit of back ache too for the past one month which may also be adding on to it.I usually take a sleeping pill before I go to sleep when ever I have this problem. But I wont advice you to do the same.It would be better if you can consult a doctor and try to find out a good remedy.

I think being relax is the most important.
It is a pity that I am also suffering some kind of trouble with sleeping. I have dreams all night long! I even don't know what the feeling will be if I have no dream.

Yes, I will try to relax. I do manage to sleep but not for very long. The dreams are not always good either.

Make yourself tired and to also do some sports activities. What's important is that you were able to make yourself tired and so you can sleep

That is a good idea. I'm gonna try to do more exercise. It makes you sleep better too.
