Which one do you think is worse, rain or snow?

I would say rain... Though snowy days could be cold, I think it's still so much better than rainy days... I prefer to feel cold because of the snow rather than to feel wet because of the rain... How about you?

I would rather snow but rain.Rain makes me uncomfortable,aothough snow I do not like in fact.But if I have to choose,I choose snow.Although snow day is colder than rain day,but I can play snow,it is so white.

I much prefer the rain. You can stay dry with an umbrella, raincoat and boots, but it's so cold with the snow. We had an abnormal amount of snow this winter and I seemed to be out shovelling endlessly. That work is just too hard!

That's true... Snow does require extra work... =) I used to live in an apartment, not a house, so it didn't matter to me.. =p~ I always thought that snow was fun!! Oh, I still think so.. =) Thanks for your response, sasklily! =)

Right about now-- On April 17th-- when we just had another big snow storm in upstate NY-- I'd have to say RAIN! I want rain! No more snow- I'm sick of the snow- I'd rahter drive in the rain than in the snow- I'd rather it be warm and have rain-- I love to play in the rain! Don't get me wrong I love the snow too-- but not in April- In December and January! So definately Rain!

Yeah... I heard that the snow is pretty bad this winter... But it started up pretty late, though.. I still remember being in Chicago for Thanksgiving, and it was 60 degrees!! Can you imagine.. =) I am living in a tropical country where it is hot all year round, and we get rain every day.. Yep.. Every single day!! Can you imagine??? It is really hot...and wet... Just hate it.. =) Thanks for your response, KrisNY! =)

I agree with you, I rather have snow. I always get the feeling snow makes me less wet or at least not as quick as rain does. Plus I just hate getting drenched by rain, it's so depressing. Snow is also much prettier.

We don't get snow very often and it usually does not last very long. Therefore, it is still rather exciting when it does arrive. It tends to disrupt things as we are never ready for it and can cause danger driving. However, I find it rather amazing and prefer it to dreary wet days that seem to go on and on forever.

I grew up in Colorado and when I was young I didn't mind the snow. Then when I got older and had to start driving and commuting in it I grew to hate it. Now I live in Florida, so I only see rain. I don't miss the snow one bit! The last time I drove in snow was last December and I hadn't driven in it in over 5 years. I drove a couple of blocks to the store and then back to my sons' home. I parked the car and stayed inside the rest of the day. I'll take rain over snow any day!

Wow.. I think winter in Colorado is not bad at all.. I mean, most of the time, the sun is so bright the next morning that the snow melts right on the next day! Not too cold, and the road is not too slippery... And it is so beautiful to have everything white on a sunny day... =) Just my opinion... =) Thanks for your response, jbshorty! =)

I prefere rain to snow anytime. Snow is limited to winter for the most part, or early spring/late fall. I just loath winter. All other seasons are fine - winter is cold, icy, dark and boring. All other seasons are lighter, brighter. There are flowers, sun and rain, beaches, drives, walks.

Hmm... I actually love early spring...where there's a little bit of snow, but it's no longer too cold... Just a perfect weather.. =) Have you ever lived in Seattle or around Washington? Last year, I was there for a week or so, and it rained every single day!! It was just soo depressing... It also sucked to have everything wet because of the heavy rain... And here I am, just moving to Singapore, and it rains almost everyday...and it's really hot!! That's why I prefer snow to rain.. =) It's pretty to have everything white instead of to have everything wet while the sky is dark and gray.. =) Thanks for your opinion, though, teison2! I can understand why you hate winter.. LOL.. It is cold.. =)

Well even thou i live in a snowy state and in the snow belt of Ohio. I would say the snow is worse to drive in. Mainly because we can get feet of snow at times, and then you got the people who dont know how to drive in it. Either because they drive too slow or drive like idoits and drive too fast. I must rather drive in the rain, as long as its not flooding the roads.

Well i am living here in Philippines and we don't have snow over here. So i don't know what can i answer, but i whenever i see snows in pictures and television, i find it very nice and pretty but i think Rain is better than snow. Cheers and have a nice day ahead from Francis.

I think snow is worst. It can be very dangerous if you're driving. Have you ever used that starfield screen saver on windows xp? Driving in snow is slightly worst than that and could hypnotise you even. It is fun playing in the snow though.

Hahaha... That is true!! It does feel like the stars on Windows' screen saver, only worse.. LOL... The first time I drove on snow, I felt like there were small white balls trying to hit me...kinda scary... LOL... But it's prettier than rain...I think... =) However, I do agree that it is absolutely more dangerous to drive in snow... Thanks for the response, r0131n! =)
