Feeling Pregnant.. all in your head??

I have an IUD and I haven't had a period in 9 months. I took a pregnancy test way back in October and it was negative. The past week I feel pregnant. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I would always feel sick at night and guess what, my back hurts at night, and I feel sick. I swear that sometimes I feel what feels like a baby in my groin, but I know that I cant be preggo because the IUD is almost error-proof and I didnt feel my daughter mover until I was 16 weeks along. I feel pregnant but I know deep down that I'm not. My daughter is 11 months old and I don't want to be pregnant.. so I dont know why I keep wondering if I am.
why do you think that I keep thinking that I am??? Any ideas??

Buy a pregnancy test. No type of birth control is error proof. I'm an example. My first son was conceived while I was on the depro provera shot. My soon to be third son (I'm 19 weeks pregnant) was concieved on the pill. So get a test done and that will at least set your mind at ease for now.

Results are in: Negative. I knew I couldn't be but its so strange that I still feel pregnant... AHHHH

I, on the other hand, am hoping to have a baby of my own but we don't seem to get pregnant. I also have times like that when I get delayed and I think I am pregnant because of the crazy things I feel. I guess women have those moments.
