I wonder why my baby doesn't sleep straight at night? She sleeps soundly for about an hour and wake-up crying. She can only sleep long hours if you hold her in your arms. Why is that? Do you experience the same problems?

mamatoabri My daughter was 9 1/2 months when she started crawling. Her doctor said she probably would go straight to walking but then one day she just started crawling! I've heard that the longer they crawl, the better their motor skills but I dont know if thats true....

mamatoabri I would say that 7.8 is average. My daughter was a little on the small side-- she was 6.6 and was in the 10%. I gained 45 pounds and have lost 25 but still have some more weight to go.

mamatoabri "Premie" refers to a baby born before 36 weeks. Generally, preemie clothing is for babies under 5 pounds and less that 18 inches? My daughter weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces and fit in preemie clothing but she was 19 inches and too long. Hope this helps!
