How many kids do you see yourself having and why?

Me personally I would like atleast 5 or 6 kids. For one I love kids for two I grew up in a big family and I think you have more fun with a big family than what you do in a small family. Dont get me wrong there are some small families who have a blast doing what they do. The good thing about a smaller family also is its less expensive. What about you which one would you rather have a big family or a little family and why?

I always wanted 6 kids. I only had 1 brother but my mom had 10 brothers and sisters and I loved how close they all were.
But my husband didn't want that many so we agreed on 3. Well we had those 3 the first 3 years we were married (they are 6, 5 and almost 4 now). We just had our 4th baby in April and are still considering having a 5th in a couple of years.

Thats cool that you have your kids 1 year apart because then you dont have to throw out all the things and buy new ones. I mean alot of people say that what sucks about a big family is hand me downs but when your children expirience that kind of lifestyle they grow up appreciating everything they have in life the ones who are just the only child (not always but a good percentage of time) are so used to being spoiled that its actually harder for the parent to teach them how to be independent. There are just so many good reasons why I personally love big families. The bad things hey they are just a bump in the road things get harder before they get easier. Just have to keep your head up and have a good head on your shoulders or else.. yeah expect to struggle for the rest of your life.

I don't want any kids. I grew up in a big family as well but we were not well off and that meant a very small house and everyone stepping on each other and overcrowded and everyone was just miserable and my parents were always so stressed out and unhappy because they didn't know how to pay for everything. It caused a lot of strife and I am not willing to inflict that on someone else.

I want 2 or 3.I grew up being the only child, and sometimes it can be great, but it can get boring at times too. I want my son to have siblings.

I would love to have 2 more, making that 3 kids and a step-daughter.
