Have you ever bought something using the Internet?

I have been addicted to online shopping for years now.. I guess I can see some more unique finds through it, but I do some shopping in the malls if I have time.. I used to be scared because I think it may be a scam but luckily I have dealt with wonderful sellers which are friendly and accommodating.. :)

Hi, I use Ebay all of the time, in fact I'm pretty much addicted to it! I do use other online shops too, but I'm always careful of submitting bank details. My bank offers protection against online fraud so I can be at ease alittle and not worry so much, although that doesn't mean to say I'm not careful.

I prefer shopping online because i live in a small country town - in Australia. There's really nothing close by so being able to purchase online & then have the items delivered to my door via the postal service, is a life saver. If you shop on eBay you will know that there are certain precautions that can be taken - if you use PayPal there is a buyer protection program which means if there is a problem, you let them know & they will go over all the fine details & decide if you are eligible for a refund - as an example anyway! I have been buying & selling on eBay for about 5 years now so i am very confident about the way things work & if there is ever a problem (which i have not yet encounted) i know that eBay & PayPal are there to help me get the situation sorted. It really is very safe these days!

It depends on thing what I'm buying. Some digital cameras and such, which are always the same, no matter where from you buy them, I buy online. Usually find better prices than from normal shops and easier than running around searching the perfect deal. Other things, like musical instruments I used to buy from shops, so I can try them first and I know what I'm paying for. But now many shops have 30 days money back guarantee, so it's not problem either. I'm not scared of buying from internet, but if I buy from some person instead of company, I'm more cautious and try to confirm the person as honest before any transactions. When buying from "OnLine only" company, I'm not paying before I get the product, except for some well known companies.

yes.i ordered somethings using the Internet.i bought cds mostly.i am not scared of buying something over the net because i buy from thrusted websites only.
