Kid-friendly Vegetable Cookbook

Do you know of a great cookbook out there that is kid-friendly and features meatless recipes? My son loves vegetables, and we eat loads of fresh veggies and I include cooked veggies in almost every meal. But I would love to find or create a fun cookbook that has yummy recipes including only vegetables (and cheese and eggs and flour, not totally vegan). I think lots of folks who don't really think they could enjoy a meatless existence could appreciate such a cookbook. Have you run into one?

I hav ea vegan recipe website and have just introduced a new kids cooking section ,where my daughter adds a recipe every week. It is quite small at the moment but we will be adding to it every week. There are also lots of other recipes on the site with vegetables that might be able to inspire you.
