wHAT DO U DRINK IN THE MORNING?

I always prefer drinking 3 glasses of water every after I woke up early in the morning.It satisfy my thirst really after drinking the fresh drinking water.

I prefer to have Green Tea each morning... Or water maybe... Sometimes a cup of coffee...

plain water, drinking plain water in the morning is good for health, it keeps youth, and it is recommend to eat porridge for breakfast, anyway I usually drink milk though

I haven't got a problem wakening in the morning so I just have a mug of tea. When I arrive at work, I will make myself a cup of coffee. I usually have to go out an visit some clients and they usually offer me some coffee and so I spend most of my day drinking cups of coffee. Maybe that is why I prefer to drink tea in the mornings.

I have a big cup of coffee with a good tasting creamer.

I like to drink a starbucks doubble shot in the morning. Then its usually gatoraide all day.
